We have informed you before that the first monsoon rains were adequate for sowing of Guar seeds almost in all Guar Growing areas.
You know the Guar crop need rains every 20 Days interval. Since last 3 – 4 Weeks most of areas did not receive the rains. Now the high time required rains.
Latest weather forecasts are indicating towards almost dry weather. Under this scenario, bulls are showing their domination in the Market. The price of Guar seeds and splits may be expected to move further upward. The Guar Seed supply is enough but at the prevailing price millers are not getting cost back. There is price dispriority between seed and splits prices.
Guar crop standing in the fields is in Good condition but require immediate rains.
Today, we are at turning point. If rains come within few days price will decline sharply; if not price will increase further.
